Author rules in plain language
Describe the rule or mapping you want. The agent proposes it, dry-runs coverage, shows a diff, and asks you to approve. Approving opens a pull request against the rules-engine repository — it applies nothing, and nothing reaches an environment until a different person merges it and that repository's pipeline applies the merged artifact there.
Try: “show the PF gender mapping” or “map PF gender X to OTHER, then dry-run and submit”.
